Fresh Start : New Year, New Me

As the 2025 begins, many of us are inspired to embrace the motivational qoute "New Year, New Me." This year, my focus is on healthy living, effective time management, and prioritizing my studies. By setting clear intentions and making positive changes, I aim to create a balanced lifestyle that nurtures both my body and mind. This journey is not just about physical health, it is all about cultivating a holistic approach to well-being that encompasses all aspects of my life.

One of my primary goals for this year is to adopt healthier habits. This includes not only eating nutritious foods but also incorporating regular exercise into my routine. I plan to explore different forms of physical activity, like joining again arnis team or simply taking daily walks. By prioritizing my health, I hope to boost my energy levels and improve my overall mood, which will positively impact my academic performance and daily life. Time management is another crucial area I want to improve upon. Balancing homework, extracurricular activities, and personal time can be challenging, but I believe that with a structured approach, I can manage my responsibilities more effectively. I plan to create a weekly schedule that allocates specific time blocks for studying, completing assignments, and relaxing. By staying organized and focused during my study sessions, I can maximize productivity and reduce stress, allowing me to enjoy my free time guilt-free. Staying motivated in my studies is essential for achieving my academic goals. To maintain my enthusiasm for learning, I will set specific, achievable targets for each subject and reward myself when I reach them.

Additionally, I will seek out study groups or partners who can provide support and encouragement. Surrounding myself with like-minded individuals will help keep my motivation high and foster a collaborative learning environment, making studying more enjoyable and effective. Lastly, I recognize the importance of self-care and trusting those who matter most in my life. Taking time for myself, whether through meditation, hobbies, or simply unwinding with a good book, is vital for maintaining my mental health.

I also want to strengthen my relationships with friends and family by being open and honest with them. Trusting the people who support me will create a solid foundation for my personal growth and help me navigate the challenges that lie ahead. As I embark on this journey of self-improvement, I am excited to embrace the changes that come with a new year and a renewed commitment to becoming the best version of myself. Also, I want to thank my family for guiding me throughout this past year, 2024, and to my friends and classmates 10 Maxwell for the wonderful memories we've built together. Your support and laughter have made this journey truly special.

A Glimpse Into My World: Joyfull Journey

Holaaa, I'm Alexah Joy, a 15-year-old girl from the charming city of Vigan. I was born on January 3, 2009, and I am the eldest daughter in my family. Being the firstborn has shaped me in many ways, especially in how I relate to my family.                                                               I’m often considered a daddy’s girl, but at the same time, I’m very independent. I’ve learned to balance these two sides of me as I navigate through life. -- Question, how I balance these two? Well, by Communicating more often with my papa, setting a boundary that can help me to maintain my independence while still allowing for a close relationship with my papa, taking responsibility that can also help me to feel more in control and independent, and lastly, I had to practice self-reflection on my feelings and needs. Let's move...
