HAPPY 123rd FOUNDATION ANNIVERSARY, MY ALMA MATER

For weeks, we practiced tirelessly for the field demonstration dance, celebrating our school’s 123rd founding anniversary. Though exhausting, the preparations were filled with excitement and fun. Every moment was something I genuinely enjoyed.       The celebration officially began with a grand parade from 7:00 to 9:00 AM. The streets were filled with students, teachers, and staff, all marching in perfect synchronization, dressed in colorful outfits that reflected the spirit of the occasion. Despite being known as a lively and sometimes unruly section, we made a conscious effort to present ourselves as the most disciplined group. With heads held high and steps in perfect rhythm, we walked with pride, determined to leave a lasting impression. The energy was contagious, and even under the morning sun, our excitement never wavered.   credits mrs llagas:))       After the parade, we returned to ISNHS to get ready for our highly an...

ReFlection

This quarter, I have expanded my understanding of ICT concepts and improved my technical skills, particularly in coding, digital tools, and problem-solving. I have also learned how to use different software effectively, which has enhanced my creativity and efficiency in completing tasks.        What challenges have I faced? Well, one of the difficulties I encountered was keeping up with complex lessons and troubleshooting errors in my work. Additionally, managing time between ICT projects and other subjects was challenging.        How did I overcome these challenges? To address these difficulties, I practiced patience and persistence in solving technical problems. I also sought help from my teacher and classmates when needed. Using time management strategies, such as setting priorities and creating a study schedule, helped me balance my workload.        Moving forward, I will continue improvin...

WE for Gender Equality and an Inclusive Society

The Philippines celebrates National Women’s Month with activities and initiatives spanning the entire month of March. This observance is deeply rooted in the global commemoration of the International Women’s Day (IWD) on March 8, a tradition born from the early 20th-century activism of women advocating for labor rights and gender equality. Between 1909 and 1911, working women in the United States, united under the National Women’s Trade Union League and other groups, rallied against low wages, insufficient protective legislation, and harsh working conditions.      In the Philippines, the National Women’s Month Celebration has grown into a significant platform for celebrating women’s achievements while addressing critical issues concerning women’s empowerment and gender equality. Anchored in international and national frameworks, such as the Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Discrimination Against Women, the Beijing Platform for Act...

Fifteen years from now....

Fifteen years from now, I see myself as a successful medical technologist, making a difference in the healthcare field. I envision working in a well-equipped laboratory, helping diagnose diseases accurately and contributing to medical advancements. I also see myself continuously learning, possibly pursuing further studies to enhance my expertise.       Beyond my career, I hope to be financially stable, supporting my family, and giving back to my community. More importantly, I want to be someone who inspires others to chase their dreams with determination and passion.
